Personalized Order Policy

Each personalized piece is created specifically from the photographs, names, dates, instructions, and options submitted for the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, selected variants, photographs, shipping details, and any provided design confirmation before approval.

Orders may be cancelled before personalized production begins. Once production has begun, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted due to change of mind, incorrectly selected options, failure to review information, or normal handmade variation.

This does not limit remedies where an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its approved specification, or contains an error made by us.
