How long does production and delivery take?
Production is usually about 7 business days after complete information and approvals. Estimated international delivery after dispatch is about 8–15 business days.

Can handmade pieces look exactly like my pet?
No. Handmade sculpture, leather carving, engraving, and portrait work are artistic interpretations. We do our best to capture markings, expression, and personality, but exact 100% duplication is not possible.

Can I cancel or return a personalized order?
Orders may be cancelled before personalized production begins. Once production has begun, cancellation, return, or exchange is not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selected options, failure to review details, or normal handmade variation. This does not limit remedies for damage, defects, or errors made by us.

Are fur or ashes products available now?
No. Fur, ashes, and memorial crystal concepts are included only as future private service direction. They are not purchasable. Customers should never mail fur, ashes, or irreplaceable material.

What photos should I upload?
Upload clear, well-lit photos. For figurines, include front, side, full body, pose, and markings where possible. For necklaces and portraits, a sharp front or three-quarter view usually works best.
