Welcome to Elemoro. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and related services. By visiting our website, submitting customization information, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Custom-Made Products

Elemoro specializes in personalized pet memorial keepsakes. Each custom item is created according to customer-provided photographs, names, dates, messages, sizes, design preferences, and other customization details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before confirming an order, including spelling, dates, photographs, product options, sizes, shipping information, and any design confirmation provided by us.

Once a personalized order has entered production, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted because of a change of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, failure to review product details, normal handmade variation, or expectations of exact photographic duplication.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed customization, or contains an error made by Elemoro.

Photographs and Customization Information

Customers should provide clear, well-lit photographs showing the pet’s colors, markings, facial features, and preferred pose. Blurry, filtered, cropped, dark, or incomplete photographs may affect the final result.

If submitted information is missing or unsuitable, we may request additional photographs or clarification. Production will begin only after the required information and confirmations have been received.

Design Confirmation and Changes

Certain products may include a design confirmation or approval stage. Customers are responsible for reviewing all visible details before approval.

Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may not be possible and may require an additional fee or extended production time.

Handmade Variation

Many Elemoro products are handmade, hand-painted, engraved, carved, sculpted, or artistically interpreted from customer photographs.

While we do our best to capture your pet’s recognizable appearance, markings, expression, and character, exact 100% photographic duplication is not possible. Small differences in color, shape, texture, engraving depth, portrait style, proportions, dimensions, or finish are natural parts of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without prior notice. The final amount, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts, will be displayed at checkout.

Payment must be completed before production begins. Any currency conversion fees or payment-provider charges are determined by the customer’s bank, card provider, PayPal, or other payment service.

We may cancel an order because of an obvious pricing error, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, or an inability to complete the requested customization. Any payment collected for an order cancelled by Elemoro will be refunded to the original payment method.

Production and Shipping

Most personalized products require approximately 7 business days for production after all required photographs, customization information, payments, and confirmations have been received.

Estimated international delivery after dispatch is approximately 8–15 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and carrier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Elemoro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping information, local carriers, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Cancellations, Returns, and Order Issues

If an order has not entered production, customers may contact us to request cancellation. A cancellation is not confirmed until written confirmation is provided by Elemoro.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed customization, or contains an error made by Elemoro, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

After review, we may offer a repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Additional conditions are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

Restricted Memorial Materials

Elemoro does not currently accept customer-sent pet fur, ashes, cremated remains, biological materials, or other irreplaceable memorial samples for international shipment.

Any fur, ashes, or memorial crystal service displayed on our website is for future concept or informational purposes only unless expressly confirmed in writing by Elemoro.

Customers must not send fur, ashes, cremated remains, biological materials, or other irreplaceable items without written acceptance and shipping instructions.

Customer-Submitted Content

Customers retain ownership of photographs and customization materials submitted to Elemoro.

By submitting these materials, customers grant Elemoro limited permission to use them only as necessary to review, design, create, communicate about, and fulfill the order.

We will not use customer photographs for advertising, social media, portfolio display, or other promotional purposes without separate permission. Customers confirm that they have the right to submit the materials and that their use does not violate another person’s rights.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website text, product images, designs, graphics, layout, branding, and other content belong to Elemoro or their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially use our content, product images, branding, or designs without written permission.

You may not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes, interfere with website security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or provide false payment or shipping information.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Elemoro is not responsible for third-party websites, interruptions, policies, errors, or services beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Elemoro products are decorative and memorial keepsakes. They do not provide medical, veterinary, psychological, therapeutic, spiritual, or other professional services or guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elemoro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by website use, customer-submitted errors, shipping delays, customs delays, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits customer rights or liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the ELEMORO Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Elemoro may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

The version in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where changes are required by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
